Can I send you my files by email?

Yes, you can certainly send files as email attachments.  Please address them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please be sure to include all the information we need to process your order.


What kind of files can I send?

From either AutoCAD programs, you can send DWF files. The advantage of creating DWF files is that it will incorporate your fonts, xrefs, line types, and pen weights, therefore eliminating the chance for errors in plotting.

For color or black & white copying, you can send Corel Draw (CDR), Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (AI), Acrobat (PDF) and most common bitmap image formats including TIF, BMP and JPEG. Do you have some other kind of file? Please Email us and ask us, there's a good chance we can still help you even if your particular format is not listed.


Can I set up my file at half or quarter size?

Absolutely, as long as the image will scale correctly to your desired print size and you properly consider the resolution necessary to enlarge raster-based images. This is useful especially when designing in an application with a pasteboard maximum which is smaller than the final output size.

Can you scan my wide format drawings to file?

Yes, we can scan any document up to 36" wide in black/white or in full color. File formats available include JPG, Tiff, and PDF.


Can I edit a scanned drawing in AutoCad?

In most cases the answer is NO. AutoCad drawings are vector images (produced using math such as x=, y=. z=) Scans are raster images (produced using a series of pixels) Although it is possible to imports a scanned image into AutoCad, unless your using and add-on package with AutoCad, you editing capabilities are very limited.

Although it is possible to import a scanned image into AutoCAD, unless you’re using an add-on package with AutoCAD, your editing capabilities are very limited.


Can you convert my scanned image to an AutoCad file?

Scanned images can indeed be converted to a vector format usable in AutoCad. Normal turnaround time for such conversions is 4 to 6 days. Pricing available upon request. Additional charges may apply for complex orders and rush jobs.


What is your standard turnaround time for printing?

Most smaller projects can be completed the same day we receive them. Larger projects may take 24 - 48 hours depending on the size and complexity of the job.


Which Credit Cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted, as well as debit cards bearing the Visa and MasterCard logo.

Do you deliver and/or ship blueprints?

Yes, we have delivery staff that covers all of Long Island and the five boroughs. We can also ship you prints via Fed-Ex or UPS or The US Postal Service.
