METER READING

To Service Contract customers:

This service is a great way upload your current meter readings. By inputting your meter reading, this a way to track your monthly useage.

This will also help monitor and protect your contract from overage charges. If you are unsure where your meter is located, please see the chart below, that explains where you meter is located.

Where is your Meter located?

XEROX 3030 / 3040
The meter is obtained by opening the right side door underneath the control panel.

Xerox 6204

Press the Machine Status button on the left side of the control panel.

XEROX 8825, 8830, 8850
The meter is accessed through the control panel by depressing pause <far right key> then enter<center key>. Press the left arrow once to scroll to printer menu. Press enter again then left arrow once more to scroll to billing meters. Then press enter to get the A (square foot) reading then left arrow to get the B (linear foot) reading.

Xerox 510
The meter is accessed through the control panel on the print engine by depressing on/offline <far right key> then enter<center key>.
Press the previous button once to scroll to printer menu.
Press enter again then previous once more to scroll to billing meters.
Then press enter to get the A (square foot) reading then previous to get the B (linear foot) reading.

OCE

Unscrew the thumbscrew located at the back left of the machine to remove a small panel. This is the same place where you would change toner. After the cover is removed there is an analog meter to the left. Any questions please give us a call.
